Join us at l'abeille for an evening with Chef Alain Verzeroli of The Bastion Collection (Le Jardinier, L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon) - a long-time mentor of Chef Mitsu's. Coming off of years of working together, starting with stints at Jöel Robuchon restaurants in Tokyo in 2008, followed by opening Shun New York in 2019, this dinner series will serve as a long-awaited reunion for the celebrated chefs. Chefs Mitsu and Alain have always shared a similar cooking philosophy, honed through their time working together in Japan, specifically focusing on seasonality, honoring the ingredients and respecting the culture of the countries they portray on each plate. New York is the first stop on a four-part series taking place at l'abeille and Le Jardinier locations in New York, Miami, and Houston. Experience a special dinner series that honors Chef Alain & Mistu’s history of cooking together again – while celebrating the power of continued mentorship.
