Needing no further introduction, Château Cheval Blanc and Château d'Yquem make some of the most famous and coveted wines in the world.
The wine and culinary team at l'abeille are excited to be collaborating with both Châteaux to pour 100% ex-Château wines that include some of the most extraordinary vintages, with highlights including Château d'Yquem 1939 (oldest ever poured in New York with Pierre) + 1989, and Château Cheval Blanc 1989 and 2009. Discover the evolution of the Châteaux over the years and the magic of aging on these spectacular wines - directly from the cellars of Cheval Blanc and Yquem.
Pierre Lurton, the President of both Châteaux (Cheval Blanc since 1990 and Yquem since 2004), will also be in attendance at this intimate dinner, and each guest will have a chance to connect with him and hear his insights on each wine and his fascinating career in prestige wines over four decades.
A KRUG champagne reception at 7pm starts the evening fresh and on a high note!
