For two nights only, l’abeille welcomes, Martino Ruggieri, who gained 2 Michelin stars in Paris, for an exclusive collaboration dinner with Chef Mitsu.

Martino’s career began at the iconic Lido 84 restaurant, followed by time at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Paris, and La Pergola, a three-Michelin-starred institution in Rome.

His defining moment was joining Yannick Alléno's team as the executive chef at Alléno Paris au Pavillon Ledoyen, and led the restaurant to three Michelin stars.

In 2017, Martino achieved a milestone victory by winning the prestigious Bocuse d’Or for Italy, his home country. In October 2022, he opened Maison Ruggieri, an intimate Parisian restaurant where he crafts cuisine that is both daringly innovative and reverently grounded in culinary heritage.

Recognition was immediate: five months after opening, the restaurant received its first Michelin star, followed by a second in March 2024.
