For two nights only, l'abeille welcomes chef Sota Atsumi from Paris. Chef Sota Atsumi was born in Chiba, Japan and moved to France at the age of 19 to train at various three Michelin-starred restaurants such as Trois Gros, Stella Maris, and Joel Robuchon’s lab. Having established a solid foundation, he served as the opening chef of Clown Bar in 2014 which was selected as the Best Bistro in France. After leaving Clown Bar, Chef Sota challenged himself around the world with pop-up concepts in New York, London, Tokyo, and Mexio before opening MAISON, his own restaurant in a single house in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, in 2019.
MAISON (French for "house") is a restaurant where Chef Sota invites guests to spend precious time as they were his friends and family being entertained at home. The dishes are highly seasonal, with ingredients sourced directly from producers Chef Sota has worked with over the past decade.
